From experience, the eventual selection of an appropriate community is a time consuming process and indeed once the choice is made the relationship needs to be maintained for the benefit of both parties particularly after actual construction commences.  The needs of investors vary from the initial scouting phase for attractive communities through to dispute resolution should issues arise relating to the actual construction or operation of a biomass processing facility.  In certain instances, some third party involvement can be an advantageous approach in developing and maintaining positive community relations.
